Warrenville is home to the Folk-Lore Center, a performing arts center that features concerts, workshops, lessons, and jam sessions for beginner and experienced folk musicians, and the Acorn Community Theatre that features summer musicals and holiday performances by talented, young artists from the community.  The city is also home to the Tunes of Glory Pipe Band, a non-profit performance, competition, and teaching band.

Historical landmarks around the city include the Warren Tavern built in 1938 by Julius Warren, the city's founder, and the Albright Studio Museum, circa 1858, that was originally a Methodist Church and later became the studio of artist Adam Emory Albright in 1924.  The Warrenville Park District operates and maintains nine city parks and provides recreational programs and services for all ages throughout the community.
